Nice job, Yofi!

I'm working on a new hat:

Doesn't look like much yet, but the end result should be cute.

22  Two Squishy Cowls in Knitting: Completed Projects by mandyandbingley on: February 16, 2013 11:39:40 AM
I made a couple of smooshie, cozy cowls:

A GAPtastic cowl for myself out of some alpaca yarn I splurged on:

And a smooshie Marian cowl for my sister in law (seriously one of the fastest things I've ever knit! Took 1 1/2 hours tops!):

Knit this up last night. Simple little pattern for a nice little rustic soap cozy, perfect for scraps Smiley

I wrote the pattern out to share on my dusty little neglected blog: http://mandyandbingley.blogspot.com/2013/02/wow-is-this-poor-little-blog-dusty-ive.html

I feel a little blah, so this post isn't too enthusiastic, though I am happy with both projects, lol!

28  Who Hat in Knitting: Completed Projects by mandyandbingley on: January 06, 2013 06:52:01 PM
Did the finishing touches on the hat this morning. Such a fun hat Smiley The yarn is Green Mountain Spinnery's Maine Organic, I love undyed yarns.

29  Brambles Beret in Knitting: Completed Projects by mandyandbingley on: December 31, 2012 12:28:25 PM
This was such a fun pattern to knit, and the yarn was so yummy (I used cascade Eco cloud). I even loved the unblocked version, it makes an awesome beanie, but I really wanted the beret.

30  Fallow Mittens in Knitting: Completed Projects by mandyandbingley on: December 28, 2012 03:15:40 PM
I've been wanting to knit myself some mittens for a while, so when our snow storm hit, I decided I needed some warm wooly mittens!!

So I made these in Green Mountain Spinnery's "Wonderfully Woolly" yarn, which seems like wonderful, tough wearing yarn (I've used their yarn for a sweater, and am making a second sweater with their yarn... I love it!) perfect for mittens!!!

Anything cabled typically jumps out at me and says "KNIT ME!" and while searching for patterns, this pattern did just that, so I did Wink

Here is my ravelry project page, which has more pictures: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/mandyandbingley/fallow-mittens
