A new Asian market just opened a block from me and after visiting them today I was looking for a recipe for the lemongrass I bought.
This recipe sounds delicious and your photos look wonderful. I just wish I had some chicken. It'll have to wait a couple days. If it turns out half as good as yours looks my family should love it. I'll probably do half the batch from boneless breast since my girls prefer no bones too. I think leg quarters are perfect for this recipe myself.

I really like the idea of decorating the bun with some color.
I've been wanting to try some with vegetarian fillings like red bean curd or something based on mushroom and onions, since my daughters don't really like the bbq pork (which I have loved for years). So I could make both and put a little lotus flower or something on the veggie ones so we know which is which.
