I cleaned out a closet today and got rid of a scrapbooking kit that I've had for years and will never use. I also organized my pictures (which for some reason I decided to put with my craft things) I put my larger pieces of scrap fabric in a bag by the sewing machine. I plan on making sorority letters with them and sending them to my sisters, so hopefully having it in sight will help me use them more often. Also, I hope to give away a bunch of crafted items I've made in the past that I don't really use (do I really need 20+ scarves? Probably not)

I think this year I am going to work on being more organized. It is hard since my husband is an artist and we use a lot of the same materials (we have a shared crafting table/cutting table/sewing machine/closet space) but I think I just want to get our multiple boxes separated and organized. I feel like I did really well last year, but I can certainly do better! Here's to 2015!

This past month I didn't do any de-stashing, but I feel like I have been more productive this year than in the past! I hope 2015 brings the same motivation and stash busting!

Here are my last few projects of 2014!

Here are 2 sashes I made for my wedding (I only wound up wearing the gold one, but it's nice to have option!)

For the post-wedding dinner I made bibs for everyone (I didn't get the chance to get a picture of everyone wearing them, but it was cute. And by everyone I mean 6 of us Smiley )

And since my family couldn't be there, I made them all photo albums turning these cheap brag books:

Into these (6) awesome Vegas in the front, Christmas on the back brag books:

My cousins got these cute ReinBEERS:

And I made some mittens for myself using a sweater that was about to be thrown away:

That puts me at 113 completed projects for this year!

I've managed to knock off a few more things from my stash.

Christmas Ornaments:

A possible wedding shawl:

And another possible wedding shawl:

I'm counting the shawls as stash because they came out of a sweater I made several years ago for my Grandpa. It was terribly ill fitting and I STILL have yarn left over.

Here is some of what I've finished recently:

A possible wedding shawl:

Another possible wedding shawl:

Christmas ornaments to give to my family:

And a hat that I was asked to make, by my fiance, 11 days before our wedding for his "Secret Santa" at work. All I could do was laugh (we are now down to 9 days!)

I am in the process of deconstructing a sweater I made several years ago for my grandfather and turning it into something other than a horribly large and short sweater. I am also making a bunch of Christmas ornaments from my stash, so hopefully I will be able to have something to show off soon! Although I was looking into my yarn box (22 gallon container) and I'm pleased to say that it is halfway gone! I can almost see the bottom!!
