For dry hair, sometimes I make a hair mask out of vinegar and avocado in the blender and then I heat it up, put it in my hair, and wear a foil cap to keep the heat in. I leave it on for 15 min. and then rinse it out, and my hair gets really soft afterwards. My grandma used to wash my hair with vinegar when I was little, so this is just sort of a take on that.
What kind of vinegar do you use for this? White? Apple? Red? I love the smell of vinegar (I'm a wierdo) so I might have to try this.
Anyone know how to make super fluffy thick hair calm down in humidity? I love Texas... my hair hates Texas humidity...
