your clock looks great!! but as for the clock not working, i only have bad news for you.  those clocks suck.  i had one and it used to always stop at the same second (around 45).  i changed the batteries which helped for a little while but it keeps eventually becoming stuck.  i would recommend new guts.

the second pattern actually has a dirndl (thats what the outfit is called) so i would just use that pattern.  and maybe buy the blouse for underneath.

8  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Tonight I cooked dinner using the sun! (Super easy and cheap solar oven) on: June 26, 2008 07:22:09 PM
sounds like your oven was a success. me and some of my friends had to make some solar ovens in class and ours sucked.  i think we used that site, but we obviously didn't put enough effort into getting the right supplies.
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Jack Skellington-esque Skinny Pants on: June 25, 2008 09:34:01 PM
those pants are so fun!  and so are your capri pants.  did you use a pattern or another pair of pants? i'm having the hardest time with tight stretch pants.
