4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: polymer clay and printed paper pendants on: September 13, 2012 07:31:48 AM

These are new pendants made with new materials.

This time I stick the pics outrigh with multipurpose glue and later I applied yellow sticklack on the outer side. It doesnt change its colours, luckly!!!

I should mention that the pics are laser printed. I havent checked yet whether ink printings suffer modifications when applying sticklack.

Thanks for seeing again!

Its so simple that I think its not worthy to explain what I did. Its obvious for you all, experts!!!!

I would like to ask you what other nice round things you can think of, because when I had to paint them I could only think of eyes. I dont like sport balls!

Thanks for seeing!!!
6  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Crixus Necklace on: September 13, 2012 07:11:12 AM

I was trying to make polymer clay beads and thinking what to do with them once finished. Then an idea crossed my head: Crixus!!! I remembered my boyfriend always mentions how nice his necklace looks when watching Spartacus and so I made it on the spur of the moment without planning.

It was a true mess. Problems followed one another and its quite weak finally. Though it looks ok, doesnt it?

The fastener of the original necklace is really cool (Theres a sort of stick that passes through a small ring and thats all!) but I wasnt able to sculp such tiny stuff and make sure it would be resistent enough.

Thanks for seeing and any tip/criticism is welcome!
