1  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Adventure Journal on: July 01, 2015 03:33:35 PM
I made this "Adventure Journal" to chronicle all the daily adventures, doodles and musings that may come up. And who better to guard these adventures than an adventurous dragon? Wink I used heavy cardboard for the front and back covers and painted and drew the artwork on heavy paper, cut it out and created a mini collage.

7  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / The BIGGEST canvas I have ever painted! on: February 21, 2015 07:43:11 PM
I recently had a solo art show at a local art gallery -- which was the perfect excuse to get a giant canvas to paint on! It measures 4 feet x 4 feet, and was so big it wouldn't fit in my car (I had to call my husband to help me haul it home with his truck!). It was so much fun to paint in a large scale.
