24  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Upcycled leather backpack on: September 18, 2014 03:31:25 PM
It's gorgeous. I love the way the use of an old jacket makes it look already aged. Your finishing is lovely too.
25  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: A Green Idea Chain Game on: September 18, 2014 01:51:46 AM
Frames for small art works? Containers for tiny scraps of paper (that every paper crafter seems to gather!)? Take the circle clip out and turn them into covers for small notebooks?

What can I do with the expanded polystyrene packaging for pears? (not round, not flat anywhere)

Hmm, this thread is about 2 weeks to early for me! I use September as my trigger to start thinking about Christmas.
But in related news I have finished last year's Christmas present for my brother!

Ok, time to think about Christmas:

Early November and still no inspiration, I'm going to be close to the wire this year....but there will be sewing. And clay.

There has been sewing, and crochet and a little bit of clay, but that's not yet finished.

That's great. Thank you so much for sharing your patterns with us: I'm sure they will be very helpful indeed.
29  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Chun Li tote bag on: August 16, 2014 04:02:47 PM
What a great stencil. I love that you've made it 2 colour, although I'm sure that must have made it much harder to line up.
30  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: winnie the pooh daisy chain quilt on: August 01, 2014 01:19:49 AM
That quilt is delicious and you're right, it doesn't shout disney in any way.
