Not yet, but they're on my list of want to grow this year. I've picked out permanent places for them.....

This has popped up on my feed again and I still love it and still want something very much like it, and still am too plump to get away with it.

Sigh. Beautiful project, well done.

If you're looking for exotic, how about adding some turquoise and gold for a quite indian theme?

I am inspired. I'd not be able to join in this swap for postal reasons, but you just gave me some wonderful ideas. Smiley

My amazing parcel on a day when I needed a pick up:

First of all, I got the most incredible sachet. I love mathematics, it resides in a place of my soul and never ever goes away. My mathematical sachet has both the fibonacci curves and Pi on either side.

And not only is it really beautiful (and I don't want to put it in a drawer, cos then I'd never get to see it) but also it is fruitily scented especially for my rubbish nose. I got a scented sachet that I can smell Shocked (you have no idea how exciting and unusual that is) Grin Grin Grin.

I also got some very thoughtful extras, some gorgeous tea (I love tea) in one of my favourite flavours and some hot chocolate (there should have been 4 in the picture but I used one at work last night).

p.s. If you're wondering about the basket in the background, this swap has inspired me to prune my rosemary bush outside and bring the branches in for drying. Wink

Woo Hoo!

3 bags of stuff went to the charity shop today, mostly clothes, that had been stashed to use the fabric. I picked out most of the stuff that was still wearable and sent it to where it can be used in it's original state for a bit longer.

This still leaves the vast majority of my fabric stash, but hey: it's a start.

Well, almost: I've got to go to the post office to collect it. Wink

What gorgeous sachets: beautifully simple and yet gorgeous.

Dharma_rebel, I love your outlining of the wee bird and Mistress Jennie, your buttons are perfectly place-I take such delight in the dandelion ones!

I am working at it. I have just destashed almost a whole skein of wool (gee whizz!). My neighbour was asking round to find where she could get some mittens on a string for her baby. I had the requisite colour in my stash, so cue a search for patterns.

Now baby has new mittens Smiley

No pictures, just before I finished them it started to snow, so I got sewing up and weaving in quickly and took them around straight away.
