This is one of my dream costumes or photoshoots. Glad to see it in action!
12  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: Which Pattern is Best? (Receating an Existing Dress) on: January 22, 2011 12:23:53 AM
Thanks so much to everyone who commented so far!

PS: Would it be relatively easy to alter the shape of any of the skirts into a straighter A-line? Since they are all pretty much the right shape except for fitting around the rib and waist, I figure it's possible. I know my friend would be able to do it, but is it an easy task? I'm a newbie, but I imagine it's just a matter of taking a ruler and drawing a straight line over the curve for the rib area fitting.

I am absolutely in love with those sleeves.
14  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: *UPDATED* "Monster" Mask made of Can tabs (with feather decoration) on: January 22, 2011 12:09:55 AM
That is absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention it works out- buy energy drinks to use a mask of tabs, and the drink will give you energy to make the mask. Cheesy

17  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / In search of- VERY unique reptile print fabric with iridescent sequins. on: January 21, 2011 10:14:30 PM
I know this is a long shot, but I was wondering if anybody recognized this fabric, or knew of any lookalikes offhand (I found a few, namely one on eBay.)

Here are some shots:

In my long, long search, I did manage to find a picture of the actual fabric, but it was not for sale. The colors came off a little different.

Comparison shot:

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

1. I would recommend puff paint in white/pink/blue, etc.
2. I MUST see your ferret in this outfit! It sounds so adorable!

Google search Mila Kunis fan sites. Usually sites have screencaps of TV shows and movies.
