The Beckermans used this print in several different fabrics. I am looking to find information on it, if not a link to purchase it.

Anyone have any tips?

I know this is a long shot, but I was wondering if anybody recognized this fabric, or knew of any lookalikes offhand (I found a few, namely one on eBay.)

In my long, long search, I did manage to find a picture of the actual fabric, but it was not for sale. The colors came off a little different.

I am recreating a blazer, and noticed the fabric, which was described as a linen, has a matelasse-esque quality to it.





In my searches, I have only found upholestery and bedding fabrics with matelasse. Am I missing something?

Could anyone give me tips? Please note I am making this for someone with a budget, so the fabric can not be too expensive.

I was hoping somebody could do a tutorial on recreating Bobbi Blu halters. They are knee high boots with suede accents.

They were featured in Repo the Genetic Opera and have been discontinued. I am lucky enough to have obtained a pair, but most fans are left doing without, sitting in the corner with jealousy.

The correct color combo is the one pictured above, but the blue is actually what I call a blueberry/navy without the flash. Here is a picture without flash:

First of all, let me apologize if this is in the wrong section. This is my first post, and I just discovered this site yesterday!

I am very new at sewing, but my seamstress friend is teaching me to sew, and we are doing orders for costumes from Repo the Genetic Opera. (This isn't a very complicated or esoteric piece, so I didn't feel it needed to be in the cosplay section.)

Anyway, I am in between two patterns, and was hoping someone with more experience could give me some insight? I plan on buying the pattern before I meet with my friend.
