284  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: Woven glass bowl on: February 18, 2011 02:10:59 PM
That is SO cool! I have been toying with the idea of weaving cloth dipped in plaster to make a bowl -- this is even better! BIG WOW!
285  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / Talk About The Swap Process / Re: swapping and pests on: February 18, 2011 12:26:35 AM
Put things in a Ziplock in your freezer for a week or two -- it will kill any little hitch-hikers. A good idea for eBay items also.

I cannot figure out how to get the image to show...  Undecided

Sorry, I am new! It is in my images... If anyone can help me, please let me know. I already read the FAQ before posting, but I guess I still did not do it right.  Cry

EDITED TO ADD: Yay! I think I figured it out now.  Cheesy
289  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Computer anti-virus tissue box on: February 16, 2011 09:02:49 AM
Made this for my husband for Christmas, inspired by a project at Chica and Jo (http://www.chicaandjo.com/ ... love their web site; no, I'm not affiliated with it.)

It is a wooden tissue box cover, decorated with computer parts and other things. I wanted a clever slogan, and my son came up with the "anti-virus hardware" (or software) idea. He is so smart!
290  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Valentine's Day / Re: My "52 Reasons Why I Love You" Book :) on: February 16, 2011 07:50:53 AM
I guess I must live under a rock, because I've never seen one of these. It is such a clever idea, and yours is beautiful! What a wonderful expression of your love. I can see why your boyfriend was so touched by it.
