1  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Eyeglass Lenses on: May 13, 2005 01:26:12 PM
I bought a large box of misc eyeglass lenses from a retired optometrist.  I think they are 'blanks' that get made in to the lenses for the frames.  They're mostly round with chips on the edges.
Any ideas?
I saw somewhere on this site where someone made a funky chandelier with a bunch of lenses.  I'd like to try that but how do I drill them??  My one and only attempt produced only broken pieces.

TIA
