1  How is this done? (Digital sewing project planning) in Clothing: Discussion and Questions by megtrip83 on: January 29, 2014 11:15:49 AM
I came across this (ikrod.blogspot.com):

Does anyone know how this was made? Is it a special program or just clever photoshopping? I vaguely remember seeing a tutorial for something like this years ago but I can't remember where and I don't even know what to call it to google it. Does anyone know where this tutorial might be?

I really want to do this for my future sewing planning!

Sorry if this is in the wrong category, this seemed like the most appropriate one but please feel free to move this thread if it's wrong.

2  McCalls 6544 - Pieces 15 & 16 not printed on pattern tissue, please help! in Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions by megtrip83 on: February 08, 2013 05:15:17 PM
I just cut out all the pieces to this pattern and I noticed that I am missing pieces 15 and 16 (bow and knot). I double checked all the pattern tissue and I do not see these pieces anywhere. Anyone else have this pattern and have this problem? Better yet, does anyone have this pattern and could provide me the measurements for these 2 pieces? They appear to be rectangle shaped so I would really appreciate any help here! Thanks in advance!

3  For the Horde! My first project and post here - Pic heavy in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by megtrip83 on: January 23, 2011 01:13:37 PM
My first big project and first post here!

My fiance is a HUGE World of Warcraft fan so I decided to surprise him with some gifts. After 2 weeks and tons of mistakes I finally ended up with this.

The blanket is about 60" x 70" and the pillows are about 15" x 12" (I wish I had made them slightly bigger).

This project took me WAYYY longer than it should have, I made so many mistakes throughout but learned so much! I'm happy with how it turned out and I can't wait to see my fiance's reaction to them! I'm also working on a plushie Murloc for him but I have no photos of that yet. C & C welcome and appreciated! The pillows were inspired by another project here that I can't seem to find (sorry to whoever originally made them!) and the blanket was inspired by something I saw on Etsy but there was NO WAY I was going to pay $135 for it!! Thanks for looking!
