i make a lot of my patterns with graph paper....but you can copy an image and use the software online to make a pattern as well.

(i had already been looking for one online as i have a picture i want to do....)

i tried all three;

the first can only do smaller pictures

and the second charges for over 1001 stitches and i could not easily navigate the site...i am not very tech savvy

third was super  easy. pdf pattern in my hands within moments!

so yes, thanks a lot for the share!

9  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: painting in books/sketchbooks? on: June 28, 2011 01:59:34 PM
sorry....i use 2 sheets of wax paper underneath the 2 pages i am painting (i usually do 2 at a time)so it wont go through to the other pages. then i use the hairdryer on LOW and it reduces warping and i can get to the decorating part of the book.
