81  Personal and Ongoing Swapped ATC's in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) by Oath Keeper on: March 11, 2013 02:48:04 PM
Well I've been completely enjoying myself with the ATC's as of late Smiley So I figured it was time for another post of them.
First was a fancy puppy I made for Jillybeans. It has a needle felted mustache and glittery 3-D monocle :3

Then was a close up of a diver with the reflection of the ocean around them visible in their goggles. The reflection is water color and the person is colored pencil.

I love the legend of the Nessie Smiley So this was a lot of fun for me to draw.

This was the Y card for a swappers ABC set. I rather like how she came out Smiley

This card was for an owl theme and it got me a little choked up when I was making it. That carved heart with an owl holds speical meaning for me.

This little scorpion was based on a plushie I saw and was just to cute and to fitting not to make the focal point of this Scorpio ATC.

This one was done for a plus sized beauty theme. I tried to make it true to life and sexy but still tasteful and fun.

IT'S A FOX... do I really need to say any more?

This was done for a friend who likes my little pony. I personally love how it came out Cheesy

And my little Roug was the model for this card, so of course I like it Smiley

This was an alien brain hemorrhage. Amazing to look at, not so sure if I would drink it Tongue

Did you know a group of frogs is called a knot?

This was for a seahorse theme and was done with all colored and cut paper... it was a pain to cut out that tiny little seahorse.

This was for a moss theme and has real moss on it. It was inspired by the Janese garden near my home that has little shrines  in it.

And these are the ATC's I did for a personal swap. I don't know why but I think I do better when I'm doing ATCs for a personal swap vs in the ongoing swap. Odd. But this one was for a Japanese theme... even thought I think the news paper I used was from China and not Japan Tongue

This one has all of my favorite characters from the movie Spirited Away, done in chibi style.

This was for a photography theme and was centered around the dark room. Those are test strips from photos I took years ago for class.

Last is a bit of a movable one. It looks like a simple envelope ATC but then...

You flip the flap up and pull out a bunch of mini ATC's and a little note from me Smiley

Ok I think that's enough for now Smiley

My little guy got home while I was out of town over the weekend, but he waited for me in his box on my bed for me. Here is Faox and his goodies! Munchies and toys galore Smiley

And a batch of pretty postcards from his trip.

Faox picked out his favorite things from his trip. The cute fox ornament from his Christmas away and the little crystals in a bottle were both to shinny to pass up as top picks Wink

And one of my favorite pages from the amazing scrapbook I got... This is SO something Faox would do Cheesy lol.

And the other favorite page from the book, it's just so mystical looking Smiley

Thanks for a great swap partner! Grin

My turn to post! Smiley I got my package from bethanael today. And it's a good one Wink First a group shot! She sent a plushie (YAY) a mini Luna star box (that is now my ball joint dolls since it fit the little guy so perfectly and I've been working on getting him a room made up), a RainbowDash necklace, a cute card, and a MLP book (that I'm sure my little niece will enjoy reading next time I see her). And yes the box was filled with rose petals lol.

Close up of the card. Those are all different layers of cut paper. Bet it took forever to get those cut even.

I had a rainbow pulling dove of peace necklace on my wist and bethanael made a Rainbow Dash one just like it. Very clever Wink

And I saved the BEST close up for last. A plushie of Crimson Foxglove, my pony OC Cheesy She nailed every detail about her! From her side bang and key necklace to her pottery wheel with clay and paintbrush cutiemark and her tail style! So many people try to make her tail braided when it's not a braid Tongue I love her!

Thanks again Bethanael!!! Cheesy

Oh goodness, I haven't checked the gallery in a while, and everything blew up! And good news too. Congrats Jillybeans!
Well here is the card I got today from cabaute for my eye theme. She said its based on a female fly. The eyes are super glittery Smiley

And since jillybenas is going to be running around like a chicken with her head cut off soon lol, I figure I should post this for her. It was an ATC for her fancy animals theme.

Edit: Gah! My computer is being so screwy XP

Now, I also received today from my partner! Lookie at the goodies Cheesy
My big wish was a plushie, and she delivered Smiley My own sexy stripping goblin king lol. I just don't understand how people make these thing, I try and my crap look nothing like this lol.

Then I found this great t-shirt with a great quote form the movie Smiley And this mini pendant like the one worn in the movie. And it's glittery lol. I'm thinking I will put it on my plushie just like in the movie Smiley Feels fitting lol.

Last was this HUGE drawing! I had issues getting a good picture of it with how big it is. I need to go find a frame that will fit it now!
