i believe its a polyester or a silk blend maybe?? Its one of Joanns special fabrics ^.^

I made my twin sister a christmas dress, and a jacket. Not sure why I put myself throuh the torture as she loves to switch her mind when im half-way throuh but I always do  Grin. Anyway she ended up lovin the dress which made it a sucess so it all went  well in my book. Now onto the pics.

I was also curious to know if there was a specific different way the tutu was constructed? It looks like a layer of black and purple but  it also looks like its various different lengths?? Any help is apprecited

  Awesome advice:D I was told it looked like the skirt might have been made out of tricot instead of tulle...Are they  very different from each other except for one bein finer? Thanks for so much help I love Crafster ^.^

I think the tulle might be layered onto an underskirt.  At least, that's probably how I would do it..... Smiley
