1  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Make your own flavor tea (EASY) on: October 07, 2012 10:15:26 AM

Have you guys ever tried high tea in a nice afternoon? If your answer is no, I strongly recommend doing it at least once. I didn’t know until a few months earlier it could be such a wonderful and relaxing time. And especially I’m a tea lover and looking over the tea selection totally make me want to make my own flavor tea at home. This is why I’m doing a tutorial to show you how easy it is to add flavor to your tea using what you already have at home or very few ingredients. After this you can host high tea party at your own home anytime.

So to prepare the most important thing of the tea party. I recently discovered a genius idea of how to make your own flavor tea with just 1 simple ingredient. You don’t need to buy fancy teas with different flavor. This easy method will work will any type of tea almost (earl gray, English breakfast, jasmine…etc). Basically whatever you like or have handy at home. All you will need to add is a spoon of JAM.

Not only I got a lot of good photos in the farm, we also got a chance to make a lot of different blueberry goodies. I am going to show you how you make jam in this post!

3  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Quick fix for my uncomfortable sandals on: August 22, 2012 08:21:44 PM
I like wearing sandals from time to time. Especially when I got to water park or the beach. I bought this pair of cute pink platform sandals back in Florida. I love the color and the design but the zipper in the middle always hurt the surface of my foot when i wear them. I always wanted to change it but didn’t want to ruin perfectly nice pair of sandal for no reason.

A recently ripped on one side of the zipper give me a reason and a chance to repair and redesign this. I knew if i fix it earlier I would be able to enjoy wearing them more but it worked out this way too. DIY repairing  is always my specialty. It give me a great sense of achievement. Since i don’t know how to make a pair of shoe from scratch, repairing them is the closest I will every get when it comes to design shoes.

MY FUN BOLLYWOOD STYLE NAILS

THE BORING NAIL SALON COLOR

In this nail design, I’m using the coral color polish from forever 21 as base. I love how rich the color is and it is surprisingly similar to the red color Indians love to use in their special occasion like weddings.

HOPE YOU WILL LIKE THIS TOO!
6  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Multi color nails (2 designs) on: April 30, 2012 07:41:38 PM
If you never try the fun and cheerful multicolor nails, I strongly recommend you give it a go after reading this blog post. I’ll give you some ideas on how to make them look cohesive and what kind of designs will go well with those eye-catching fingernails.

I’m using a line of tiny and affordable nails colors by “Essence”. Their polish offer a wide range of “Macaron” colors and each of them only cost $0.99. I love the small bottle design because I can never finish the regular size nail polish without them drying out on me anyway. This way I feel less wasteful and actually have a chance of using up the whole bottle of nail color.

7  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Free Drawing Games & Apps on: March 29, 2012 12:45:40 AM
Long time ago I did a review for the drawing tablet. It was a great tool for drawing and designs but since I purchased my first Android phone, I realized there’s a lot of free drawing app that pretty much do the same thing. Best news is… they are free!

I screen printed all my proud mini artworks from these games. All drawings are done with my Skyrocket, a few colors and my fingers. Hope you find my article useful.

8  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / New Kawaii Decoden Cell Phone Case For My Skyrocket on: March 11, 2012 05:23:17 PM
I switch my phone a few month ago to the new and wonderful 4.3 inch screen Samsung Skyrocket. Since the phone is pretty new to the market so it was hard to find a pretty case for the model. I purchased a few basic cases and decided to decorate it myself just like last time.

Using the decoden materials purchase from the stores in my previous posts, I was able to custom the case design to my personal preference and still keep it under a certain budget. Not bad for 10 bucks in total cost right?
