I have a new job that has been keeping me busy for a couple of months.  So I am slow to post pics of my summer crafting and have only made a couple of things the last couple of months.  Here is my backlog:
my first attempt at freezer paper screenprinting.

A few outfits for my American Girl and underthings including a hoop skirt.  Hmm.. a couple of pics are sideways.  I shall have to tackle that later.

Tried out using contact paper as a stencil for pottery glazing.  A colonial costume for myself.

And a quilt I have been working on for a couple of years.  It is still not done but I actually made progress so I am giving myself a pat on the back for that  Wink
8  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: SWAP swap/Scouting Swap? on: June 24, 2014 02:12:25 PM
I would love to participate in a SWAP -swap.
I am game for any number of styles of swapping.  I would love to create one for numerous people. I don't recall-what does OTT stand for?  It would be fun creating a swap for another adult/older teen. I love to make swaps for my troop girls but creating some special ones that I know will not just end up lost after a troop event would be fun.
I also have a troop of girls (7) and a son who would be interested if anyone wants to do a youth swap of swaps.  My son just did a neighborhood ATC swap.  I am sure he would love to have a swap partner/s.

jfer007 lgreat that hat!   Love how it seems to switch prominent colors.
Krafty_Karasu nice Canti, it looks like it would take a long time. That is a lot of thread switching for all the shading.
