Do you think I should put faces on them???

I kind of like the on face look ...

The elephant is going to get some big bow around the neck...(to cover up the stitches)
I made these for my cousins baby shower...

any suggestions would be appreciated...

I made all of these with socks

3  Re: So I recovered my $20 garage sale sectional. in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by mexi on: January 03, 2011 10:01:51 AM
yes... thank you... I think I am going to bite the bullet and buy the gun and hook it up to my brothers compressor and ask him to help me...the sofa and chair have those tacks everywhere and I looked them up and they are expensive I think I will get some flat tacks and put them on then E6000 the rhinestone to the tack ... I think it will be around 40 bucks to do both of them this way vs. the 300 just for the tacks...

This is what it kinda looks like...

I want to paint the wood silver and do the sofa in turquoise.. and put some kinda picture on it... I think I will put a group of silver and yellow stars or a sun.... I don't know about that yet but first thing is first ... recover and conqure!!

Thanks for the tips... if you have anymore... I would love to hear them.... Big hug!

I took an old purse and sewed black velvet on one side and put a monster face on it from stuff I had around the house...

I do like the way it turned out but I am wondering if everyone else does,,,

also... what kind of glue would you have used??? I used my hot glue gun for the beads but you can see some of the glue  Roll Eyes

I would like to make more but want them to look more professional...

Any input would be SO APPRECIATED!!!!!!

I cannot wait until I can do swaps...  Grin Grin
