Thanks everyone, i guess I'm a bit of a perfectionist and it bugs me when one leg is shorter than the other or glue shows through the thread.lol. unfortunatly toothpicks are hard to cut with scissors.

I'm going to try that tramp art thing, and my mom does have a fireplace, so maybe I'll fill a canning jar with them and put some sandpaper on top then decorate it as a christmas present for her. I have tried to make the matchbox's myself but they never turn out right.they always look sloppy to me even when I try really hard to get them made correctly.

I am obsessed with makeing these feather earrings, every time I'm at the craft store I cant stop myself from buying more feathers. My husband used to get mad until I started to sell some of them, then he diden't think it was such a waste of money.LOL. My main problem is I want to keep them all, I'm sure you other crafters know exactly what I'm talking about! I have devised a simple plan to get over my bad habit of keeping everything I make. I make one for me, then three for my store, then another for me, and three more for my store. It seems to work well.If any of you are haveing the same problem try my idea!any way heres the pics, let me know what you think!

I saw that feathers are really hot right now, so i decided to try to make some feather earrings, i looked up a few tutorials and took what i liked best from each to make them original. Not only are these my first feather earrings, but they are my first earrings ever! I'm really happy with how they turned out.Let me know what you think and if you have any ideas that would make them even better! Thanks!

I made these with earring wires, wire, and feathers. You can see more of my work in my store. These each have three layered feathers, biggest in back and smallest in front.

Thanks for looking!!!

So sorry guys! My computer got water spilt in it and fried the mother board, but I got a new one so I'm back! Yahhhh!any way, I bought the bail beads at walmart, I was looking for something that I wouldent have to drill with, and that would also not cover the front of the domino, so I had more space to work with.since these are mini dominoes It's only about half a inch wide so I have to get creative.LOL.

I used gloss varnish to coat them, because thats all I had at the time and was on a budget. The problem with varnish is that you have to coat it like 20 times to get it thick enough to look right, And even more times if you have any embellishments that are raised!

Varuna, youll never know how awsome they would turn out unless you try! I was pleasantly suprised by the way these turned out.

I have my most recent ones at my store, theres way too many pics to post here, but if you wanted to see the rest you can visit. http://butterflykisses.ecrater.com/
