I think the picture says it all.

Here's what I made for Grindhousehussy19. It broke in the mail unfortunately.

43  Re: Mini Art Quilt Swap 6 Gallery in The Swap Gallery by dfabbric on: March 05, 2013 10:32:36 AM

Just got my mini quilt from Waggonswest. It is so cute I love it so much. I know she made it as a table runner, but I like it too much to put my books and drinks on it, so I am going to hang it. Hopefully I get to hang it in my craft room, and it doesn't get stolen by my husband for his office.
Thank you Waggonswest, it's perfect.

Here's a picture of her with the princess', Thanks for all the awesome feedback.
She got a lot of attention and it was fun for her to be her own princess.

I'm back now and can post some pics of what I sent IsikkahJai. Here are the cards. I was thinking of naming them all, but thought it might be fun for you to try and guess. Some are harder then others.

And then I sent a Twilight Sparkle hoopla and Mary Crawley doll. Her arms and legs are bendable.

Well, I lucked out. I leave tonight and I got 2 packages in the mail today, so I wanted to hurry and post.
I got the cute little owl pins from Gatorwrangler and a beautiful TOLP from Underthemountain.
I love the color. Thank you both so much.

48  Cherry Blossom Shawl in Crochet: Completed Projects by dfabbric on: January 28, 2013 09:19:16 AM

This shawl comes from Crochet Today Magazine March/April 2012. I had a lot of fun making this.
It was my first time doing Crocodile stitch, which is actually quite easy. I used the same yarn and color as the pattern and included the picture so you could see what it looks like on. It needs a little more blocking, but overall I'm very happy with it.

49  Princess Cadence in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by dfabbric on: January 26, 2013 10:26:58 AM

So I recently received a crochet Shining Armour (shown above) from Mama24boyz for the MLP Winter swap. My daughter instantly fell in love and needed a Princess cadence to match. So here she is.
The pattern is http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/my-little-pony-amigurumi
I quite love it and though it doesn't show because of the tail, the pony had bum checks, very cute.
I made the design for the eyes on my embroidery machine, then embroidered them on organza, cut them out and glued as well as stitched on. I stitched the wings down so my kids couldn't carry her by her wings and had to use more purple then I would have liked on them since I totally ran out of yarn for the body. I think next time I want to use less hair for the tail, but over all I'm very happy with how it turned out.

Got from Mama24boyz today And I Love it. I took a ton of pictures but non of them seem to show how awesome my Shining Armour is. Of course he's gone now so I can't take any more. The Blue horn and ears are for cos-play, I just have to add some clips to them.

Thank you so much Mama24boyz.
