11  Pikmin Trio in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by dfabbric on: March 04, 2014 05:43:45 PM
So I bought a pattern for these pikmin on Etsy and I love them. They are so cute and easy to make.
If you dont know what pikmin are, they are little creatures from a distant planet in the Nintendo video game pikmin.
Thanks for looking.

14  Sack Boy in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by dfabbric on: February 24, 2014 03:12:58 PM

Here's the sack boy I made. You may recognize him as the main character of Little Big Planet. He was fairly easy and quick to put together. I made him in a weekend, easily. I am not sure if I will bother with a mouth or not, he's already pretty cute. I finished him up at work, I am thinking the kids are gonna claim him pretty fast one I get home.
There is a free pattern on Ravelry if you want to make your own.
Thanks for looking.

16  How to fix a pair of pants in What the heck can I do with THIS? by dfabbric on: January 21, 2014 03:26:25 PM
So I bought a pair of grey/Taupe cords, but they were tighter in the calves then I like. So I thought I'd do this to them.

Well in my wisdom, I cut the front of one leg up to the knee, and the back of the other leg.
So my question is now what? I'd like to keep them as pants

17  Making Minature food class? in Polymer Clay: Discussion and Questions by dfabbric on: January 03, 2014 01:19:35 PM

I'd love to take a polymer clay class on making miniature food. I saw a greek webpage where she took a class and thought that would be fun. I couldn't find anything in my city, I thought someone might know of some online classes.
Here's the webpage I was talking about.

Here's a better picture of the Tardis I sent. It's machine embroidered lace.

I received from Bad Wolf yesterday.

It's super cute, I love the little bow and each line is very nicely stitched.
Here are some things I made for the Dr Who party I had on Saturday for the 50th anniversary. Some popcorn boxes and Tardis cakes using a mini loaf pan.

The cakes are a little messy, but since we were just gonna eat them I didn't sweat it. I added a scoop of ice cream to make them a Tardis on a cloud.
