1  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Grim Reaper.. First Amigurumi on: October 17, 2011 02:27:56 PM
OK so this is my first Amigurumi, after starting crocheting about a month ago.
He's an adorable (if I do say so myself) Grim Reaper.

Watch out fishies...

The pattern was a book I picked up on Amazon called Creepy Cute Crochet by Christen Haden. Its pretty good if you already know your stitches and I was happy with it for my first book (and the first pattern I followed).
Next on my list is the Ninja  Grin

Hope you guys like it

Wow. I just listened to the tunes on your site, and you rock (:
Unfortunately, I live in England so have no chance to see you ... boo!

I can;t see the pics of the guitar either, but it sounds cool .. Smiley

I have to go make my friends listen to your awesome music (:
5  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / Re: 16 yr old Guy Friend. on: September 16, 2005 09:16:07 AM
Maybe a handmade notebook?
Or chocolate? Not soppy kind. YUM kind.
I like the notebook idea, that'd be cool. The chocolate idea is ok too, but he doesnt really eat... he's kind of... a depressive (is that a word), but you know what I mean.

What about a scarf?
I love the scarf idea. Maybe my Grandma will teach me how to knit Cheesy
6  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / 16 yr old Guy Friend. on: September 15, 2005 11:12:07 AM
Hey. I know it's a lil ealry for Xmas presents, but this is the first year I'm making all my gifts. I'm a little stumped on my guy friend. I guess you could say he's more like the brother i never had. It's definitely only friendship, so I don't want anything too... soppy. I don't want to make  a CD, as hes not really musical. I have absolutely no idea what to do. He doesnt wear jewellery or anything... I'm really stumped. I'm also not very advanced, only a beginner crafter Tongue Any help would be appreciated, I know it's a little vague... Sorry.
7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: tyvek origami wallet on: September 06, 2005 09:44:02 AM
Ooh, nice!! & Greenday are awesome Cheesy! I tried to make an origami wallet from letter size paper (A4) using a tutorial on craftster.. and it wasnt wide enough for my cards. Any ideas how to modify it? A tutorial for yours would be cool Smiley
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Reconstruction Help.. Please! on: June 27, 2005 09:08:24 AM
I'm a long time lurker on Craftster, & am about to attempt my first reconstructions. The only problem is; the tutorial for a halter that I was going to use was from ohmystars.net, but the site is down for bandwidth!

I was wondering if somebody had a simple, preferably no-sew, or hand sew-possible tutorial for converting a tee to a halter.

Thanks Smiley
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: corset-ish top on: June 20, 2005 01:50:53 PM
That`s Gorgeous! Any chance of more info on how you made it? Particularly the corset-type strings at the back, I`d love to make something like this. The blue bra looks quite nifty!
Very nice =)
10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: Making a Mannequin/Dummy on: May 08, 2005 07:58:43 AM
Just thought I'd say I don't want it for actual dress-making and tailor purposes, I just thought it'd look cool in my room for storing stuff. I pretty much can't sew, either =/
