1  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Re: What do you do with all your unusable off cuts of fabric? on: March 28, 2013 07:18:42 AM

2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: Can Anyone PLEASE Help Me Figure Out The Pattern For These Pants?? on: March 27, 2013 03:05:53 AM
i completely agree with the pattern guidelines...I think the most important thing here is to find the right fabric that has the same "fall" that these do. and if you want to make sure the seam similar to ones on men's dress pants is fixed and permanent you can always sow it and make exposed stitch (appx. 0.3cm) but if you're not really good with straight stitches i'd avoid it
3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: sewing stretch fabrics without zigzag? on: March 27, 2013 03:00:13 AM
If you don't mind how the seam looks in the end you can just go ahead and do it (just be sure to stretch it a bit to avoid breaking while wearing)
