Well, I live in Japan so that's where I get my fabric. There's an amazing craft store here called ABC Craft http://www.abc-craft.co.jp/shop/shop.php. It's 5 floors of just craft stuff! (They love the craft in this country.) I love it. I spend hours just looking at stuff and realizing that there's not enough time in the world to do every craft I want to...    I also spend waaay too much money there. But for this cloth I didn't spend too much. It was in the scraps bin! THe owl fabric I decided was worth spending a wee bit more on...but not too much.

As for a pocket in the back of the bag...that is just extra fabric I had to sew to the flap cause I miscalculated. Ooops. I hate math. I hate measuring.

aw..thanks guys! I actually made the button out of some scrap cloth I have with owls all over it. And um...I'm not sure what kind of name that button has...hmm...nope... no clue. Sorry!

So this is the story of the bra that was too uncomfortable to wear but too cute to throw out. I use it to store all of my scarves. It was the easiest thing ever to make. Just sew an old bra onto a bag, grab a button for the errr...bellybutton and there ya go. Instant storage space!

Although lookin back I think the next time I make this I'm gonna curve the sides of the bag part in a big more to look like a torso...

Hey Crafters! New time poster. I hope this works...This is a purse I just completed. Nothing too revolutionary, but I loved the fabric. Don't know if you can make it out but there's a little owl on that button.  You all rock my world.
