Very nice result, I've made a similar skirt for myself recently but got the measurements totally wrong & it's too small for me and my daughter is a bit picky & won't wear it.

After seeing this, I'm inspired to have another go, it looks really nice.

I bow down to your Power of Incredibleness!

What an amazing outfit, I am officially jealous that I don't have one!

Well done on creating what looks like a masterpiece, it's just gorgeous!

That is SOOO pretty! What a lovely, lovely, frock! (wishing I would look half as good in it!) Beautiful. And thanks you for sharing the tutorial.

These are brilliant! I'm feeling a bit of sewing coming on... I love the battle royal skirt, that film is awesome! I think I may have found a way of making my purple tartan into a skirt at last with this tutorial.

THANK YOU and well done on such great work, they are all really good

I really like this, did you make the pattern up yourself? I'm so nosy, I do a lot of my own patterns but struggle with things like sleeves/armhole shapings and more complex designs, I always want the easy option of someone else's pattern!

I have some dark purple tartan that I want to make into a skirt similar to this one, it's really nice.

Oh that's a shame, I would have loved to have the patterns... You're very creative & talented.

I cheated and used a pattern I already had, it's a Simplicity Costume pattern 9891.

Very easy to make and to adjust/adapt.

They were a real pain to make as I couldn't quite them to fit snug without being tight get over the wrist, these are for someone else and I swore I'd never EVER make another pair - but I think I have changed my mind because I do really like them.
