97  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / The Little Mermaid curtains! on: May 19, 2013 03:02:13 PM
After looking for a few weeks for the perfect Little Mermaid curtains, I decided 1.) The selection is pretty shitty and 2.) I refuse to pay $50 for curtains. My solution: 2 hours of my time + an $8 set of Disney Little Mermaid sheets from Ross and a thick white twin sized sheet from the thrift store = new curtains for the girls room! This project was pretty simple to do. I have made normal unlined curtains before, but I wanted these to be lined for thickness and light filtration, so it got a little complicated there, but I think they turned out a great success!
