i would love to sell stuff at ladyfest ohio!  i will surely be going, but i do not have a vendors license yet to sell my stuff.  maybe i should get my butt in motion.
I have these craft nights at my place about every other thursday night, and some of the ladies who come would probably be interested too.
Also, there is a new group at ohio state called "stitch and snitch", inspired by stitch & bitch of course.  i think their meetings are on thursday nights, but i'm not sure where.  once i get the info, i'll post it.

It has been my pen name for about 8 years now, and it still seems fitting.

3  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re:?baby food jars? on: November 11, 2003 09:38:27 AM
I made a snowglobe for my boss when she had her baby.  I even found an old baby food jar with the date her baby was born...it kind of scared me seeing expired baby food at the store though... Shocked
she liked it so much, that i am now going to be teaching a workshop on it for kids at our store.  they will be making snowman snowglobes for their families for x-mas.  it is really easy and cute too.

i would definitely use the baby food jar instead, and also leave the base uncovered by sculpey.
