I think I've been flaked on and unfortunately, I took bad pics of what I made.  O, well, here they are...

She liked 100 Bullets, so I started with a messenger bag.  It is made w/ leftover black corduroy, purple satin-like lining fabric, and a pillowcase I got at a garage sale.  The image is ironed on to the pillowcase.  I wanted to add beads and stuff, but I didn't want to do an overkill.



This is the inside, where I added a small pocket and half-assed some pencil holders.  I love corduroy because the fabric is so forgiving of mistakes.



Next, we both agreed, that Kabuki, by David Mack is awesome, so I took one of the many craftster tutorials (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=14604) and made a bag from that.



I had some patel purple flannel fabric around that I liberated from my mother years ago and never got around to using.  Although the pic is bad, and you can't really see it, I tied the fabric and over dyed 2x it w/ a slate blue and magenta and it looked awesome.  Finally, I lined it with material I bought in Chinatown, to give it an asian feel.



I also made a packing tape wallet (which I can't find the pics of) with printouts from Ghostworld.  You'll just have to trust me when I say that it was awesome, cause goodness know, I wanted to keep all of them for myself.

On a final note, those Iron on printer pages are my new favorite craft item.  Depending on which you get, they can turn the most basic of cottons into a vinyl-like material.  So, yeah... that's it.

I started this in the beginning of June.  I can't seem to get going on it.  I'm still on the first lotus pattern.  I'm going to add 2-3 more sets of the lotus pattern or I think it will be too short. 

Don't feel bad.  I've started this thing 4 times and each time I've messed something up. I'm sticking to it though.

The nipple ring on the doll is so insanely awesome!

I may be the only one that feel this way, but I found that it was too difficult on the circulars so I switched back to using double points... not the usual 7" ones, but some long bamboo ones (about 12").  The circulars were just too tight.

I'm still at it. lol

I finished mine a few months ago and my one suggestion is that you keep good notes on how many rows you have.  This was a fast and easy knit.  My one quirk was more of a fitting issue for me than a pattern issue.  That is because I have broad shoulders so the top portion seemed to make me look wider when it was folded down.  Otherwise, I just wear it as is without flding the top portion.  I think I might knit another.
