jUST wanted to say hello to other delaware knitters out there!
Glad to see there are some of us out there anyways

I am a self taught knitter but not very advanced - just taking it slow and figuring things out as i go.  working on a handbag for my sister at the moment - it should be cute when finished!  yeah!

Anyone have any ideas or patterns for a hot water bottle cozy/cover?

I would love a soft fuzzy cover on mine - I use it now to keep my feet warm in bed - ahhh...

   Do you have ferrets too?
I would love to knit them a little sweater or something - I am sure they would hate it - we have two silly boys and they don't like dressing up
Have you made ferret clothing or anything?

This was my first knitting project!  Aside from my little rectangle practice piece which is now a blanket for my ferrets - they love it!

This was an idea I had - my own pattern.  Would make some changes if I were to make another pair.  Would make the top a bit smaller so that it doesn't look quite so bulky, and also would have made them a bit longer to cover my boots and jeans a bit more.

Overall quite pleased how well (for a 1st project) they came out - there may be hope for me yet!!!
