I'm so sorry gotgrey that everything broke.  I should have sent the one piece separate although I'm not even sure it would have help Sad

This is the fairies painted on the the pencil case and the other is a pic of the towels. I have pics in the other cell phone so I'll post them when I get to that phone and you can see what it looked like before it broke.

I will be honest. I was getting super nervous about this swap. My husband has been booking up all my weekends and not telling me and then next weekend is Father's Day and the weekend after that is his birthday. Eeks! So this weekend I holed myself up in the house and crafted away. I had the medium done and was able to get three smalls done! Whew. Now anything else will just be icing and I don't have to stress.  Wink

I've had that stressed syndrome lately..... Past two weekends ago was moving niece out of her apartment; this weekend was a sick kid; this coming weekend is helping to clean up and repair another house and the list goes on!  One more thing for the poppet swap and it should (it better be) sent today and then all my focus on this swap. It may be my last for the next few months because we are probably moving. I'm not looking forward to it.... The place is a she'll at the moment and doesn't even have a bathroom at the moment Sad

I didn't realize you had no mojo in the dragon swap gotgrey,I would have never guessed!  Hopefully it doesn't happen again and if it does, it doesn't last to long.

And of course, a teaser (i'm so mean!):

So Margiej's package arrived at my house before I did on Monday but then I couldn't get to open it until yesterday and I'm finally posting pictures of her beautiful stuff she sent me! I was so spoiled and so everyone get ready for loads of pictures...

In there was two fairy houses, one was a painted birdhouse and the other one is (I'm guessing) an ice cream tub that actually opens up to the inside of the house with pictures, curtains and furniture. There was also a fairy journal and a fairy picture. The two painted rocks were from her daughter's driveway (they are already in one of my plants). And last but certainly not least is a fairy spoon. It's perched on my spices at the moment until I get a bigger kitchen in a few months.
Thank you Margie for everything and I'll post the other pictures shortly.

8  Fresh from the kiln (pic heavy) in Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects by pjr107 on: May 08, 2014 07:26:39 PM
I've had a few things piling up but we finally fired last night with some good results and some not so great including a ding bat moment for me.... ("Um, what glaze color is that? " "White"  " Are you sure there's glaze on it? "  " Of course, I remember glazing it."
Yeah well.... I must have been having a brain fart moment. And on to the results....

Yep... It's supposed to be white. Oh well, I can just paint on some flowers Smiley

Tiger kitty.  The glaze didn't flux properly so I'm going to clean it up and refire it.

This little birdie found a rogue flame but the other side had some issues to like it was under fired.

This is my favorite! The colors can out great Smiley

Thanks for looking!

I received last night from Ratfinkz and we agreed to exchange a medium with extra goodies. She sent me some beautiful earrings and a darling beaded bug! In so envious of beading work cause I just feel mine is so sloppy but onward to the pictures!

Beautiful packaging

Three sets of dangle earrings... Butterfly, elephant and skeletons.

Beaded bug... So adorable!

Thank you ratfinkz! I hope you like your package as much as I liked mine!
