Wow! That's a serious operation you've got going!!!  The cupboard in my manhattan apartment just can't compare (lol).  Must be nice to have space.

It's fantastic.  I've made all my soap goodies for years and years in my teeny-tiny kitchen.  So now to have all that space dedicated to my soaps and sundries is really a dream.

Thanks for looking!

I refuse to make them. Smiley   I detest making the little boogers, so I make what I call "Bubbling Bath Salts" instead. Smiley

Good luck to ya!

I've never seen one of these in person.  And I find them such an interesting idea.  Curious though -- how do you sell these normally?  Are they special order, and someone gets the entire cake?  Or do you sometimes sell by the slice?

Thanks for sharing. They are lovely.

Wow I totally have drying rack envy! What a great soaping area! The salt spa bars look lovely, what do you scent them with? I love salt bars, I think the lather is so creamy. I've never made a pine tar soap, but a friend keeps trying to give me some pine tar...apparently her one experiment with it has turned her off of a repeat experience!

Yes, the Salt Spa Bars are scented with Cotton Blossom FO.  There's another oceany one I want to purchase and buy to try out sometime.

You have to *make sure* that what you're using is 100% pine tar. I'd only use it if it was still in a container that listed the ingredients.  I had NO problem making it, rather enjoyed it, and it's flying off my shelves.  Smiley

Your salt bars look great. I'm thinking of tackling some. I've read that the salt kinda kills the lather. Did you up the coconut oil content or would that make them too drying?

I use an entirely different recipe for the salt bars than my normal one.  It is I think 60% Coconut Oil... and no, they really aren't drying at all.  It still lathers to a certain degree, but more importantly is just how the salt bar affects your skin overall.  You soon forget all about any sort of huge lather or bubbles!   So, my advice, go for it.

Love, love, LOVE these two new soaps.

Granny's Pine Tar Soap:

*** Pine Tar is an excellent natural product for dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, poison ivy, etc., etc.  This soap has 20% Pine Tar (100% natural) added to it. Peppermint, Lavender, and Oakmoss were added to enhance the pine-tar's natural scent, and the positive attributes for skin as well.

Spa Salt Bar:

*** The Salt Bar is made from Coconut Oil, Canola, Palm Kernel, Olive and Safflower oil.... with Cotton Blossom as the FO.  LOVEEEE how these make my skin feel. Smooth like buttah. Cheesy
