yeah lol! Kinda freaked me out too until I realized MY avatar was a duck as well. I personally like the devil duck  Grin And the kitty with the duck on her head!
I came up with a totally GENIUS idea for a pair of punkins!! Instead of doing alice cullen for my twilight swap (i would've have hated her hair anyway) I'm going to do an Edward Lion and a Bella Lamb!! I'm going to wrap their hands and feet in fur and make them little ears...OMG! I can't wait to start!
On another slightly different note I found and ingenius idea for small swap items. I take the poppet pattern and shrink down th head until it's like...2 inches. I stuff it and put hair on it and then I put it on a pen cap!

This is a link to some of the ones I did in a previous swap. They have no faces cuz I suck at painting and the like.  Undecided Can you guess who they are???

I came up with this GENIUS idea last night! I can't wait to start!!!! I did have a question though...if I craft a set does that count as one category?

I'm excited. I found the perfect motif online!! It's Twilight related but now the trouble is figuring out how big I wanna make it and what I want to put it on. Maybe I can make it a theme throughout...hmmmmz.......

Me too, although I started at first for the Tsuruga Ren crafting potentials. Now well...it's a bit more important to me since the Tsunami. T-T. I've been dying for this swap to make a reappearance since I first joined. I even bugged Tygermane to organize it and now it's finally here. I really want to do a good job with this one...kind of like a tribute to all that Japan has given US. To keep it in the forefront of my prayers, ya know?  Embarrassed
  PARTNERS SOON!!!!!

awww...boo for school work but yay for signing-up (potentially)!! I stalked you a lil bit and I'm in love with some of your poppets! ^^ I'm glad you can be here.
I found the most beautiful colorway in red heart yarn yesterday (which I hate to crochet with. It's too rough). It's all different gradients of dark to medium blue. It screamed at me to take it home so I had to  Roll Eyes. Also, some sugar and cream yarn in a pink and white colorway literally fell on my head as I walked by. I took that as a sign so I'm probably going to make a cute diva/ballerina country mouse for my youngest out of it and an ocean-esque poppet for my four year old from the Red Heart......AFTER this swap of course  Cheesy
