11  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Thimbles? on: October 20, 2010 03:33:57 AM
Hello Craftsters! Just wanted to ressurect this thread because I'm deciding how to upcycle some cute thimbles I bought at a car boot sale. I like the idea of drilling a hole through the top to make a pendant for a necklace, but I really don't know how!

Does anyone have any advice for what sort of drill and drill bit to use? Will it work on porcelain thimbles?
