1  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / Re: How long should I expect for a sale? on: October 15, 2010 07:23:07 PM
I must be doing something wrong.  I haven't had a single sale in months...

Is my stuff any good?

Since there's so much competition in this category, you may need to keep working on your product shots until you find some that stand out against the competition and gets you more page views.  If you have any friends who are pro or serious amateur photographers, maybe you can trade some jewelry for product photography.
2  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: Animal Specimens made from paper and beeswax (lots of Pics!!!) on: October 15, 2010 06:56:56 PM
I have a long-time love for dioramas, natural history and specimen collections.  Your project looks so fun and interesting, and you've done such a great job with it so far!  I especially adore the angler fish and the pygmy deer antlers.  Has your work always been influenced by natural history?
