1671  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Notepad Cover? on: November 12, 2010 03:48:31 PM
*I'm terribly sorry, i had no idea where to put this. Please move it, if i put it in the wrong spot.*

My mom and i were at a small craft fair last month, and a woman was selling notepad covers, i guess you could call them. It has a spot for a notepad, two spots next to it for pens/pencils and then the sides fold over to cover it... so there are two more pockets there, as well. (There are pictures below to show what i'm trying to explain.)

My mom loved it and asked me to see if i could make one. So, i did. Smiley

The woman had the corners folded so you can see the notepad, but i'm not sure which way i like it best:

I originally wanted the darker material on the outside, and the other on the inside, but i goofed. Smiley

Adorable. I love painting on shirts. I've stayed away from markers, but i've been thinking about trying them lately. This may have been the push i needed.

I've also been looking for a good t-shirt pattern. I have a shorter torso, and finding t-shirts that actually fit my body are hard to come by. Would you be willing to share yours?

P.S. I always write "t-shirts."

This looks amazing on you, 1. And 2... it looks super comfy.

Though i'm not surprised at all... all of your stuff is awesome.

I've got a duck tattoo (which means a lot to me), so i love the duck socks.

I love the, what did you call them, traditional socks? So pretty. I love teal. And they look great!
I just started knitting on Friday, so i'm definitely nowhere near socks yet. When i finally get there, i hope to make some like the traditional ones.

Oh, and the mittens! Learning how to do mittens is probably next on my list. Those are gorgeous.

This is... a dream jacket for me. I absolutely love it. I would wear this every single day. Going on my wist. Maybe someday i'll get one. Heh.

I actually wore it today for the first time in months. It was great! The pockets are big enough to hold my scarf and hat when I get too warm on my bike ride.
Oh, you're killing me... Smiley
