Organizer meets the 4 conditions for swapping and will make sure that every participant meets these conditions: YES

Details of swap:
This swap is a quick one.  The plan is to sign up until this Thursday, youll get your partner info on Friday, make the craft on the weekend, and then send it off on Monday.  This swap does not mean glue some noodles to a paper as fast as you can, its for members who make good projects fast because they are so used to making them, so members who do not feel they can do a good enough job in about two days, please do not sign up.
Also, members who sign up should try to use as much of the materials they use that they already have around the house.  This way, there is no need to waste time shopping.  The craft you make can be anything you enjoy making.  The swap should basically be a surprise.  If you have no clue what you could make, though, the partner info may help you out.
(plan on sending one big item or several small items, you be the judge on how many small items to send depending on how small they are)

3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Instant Swap on: June 14, 2005 10:03:53 AM
Have you ever signed up for a swap, got finished with your partner's gift early, and sat around hopelessly for weeks waiting for the deadline to arrive?  Mostly everyone has done this at least once, right?  So why not have a three day swap where you sign up and get your partners one day, make it the next, and send it the third day!  This way, there's no waiting for your package.  To make it even more challenging, the rules could include only using materials you have laying around the house like scrapes of fabric left over, a pillow case, or extra buttons.  I think this sounds like my kind of swap and really want to organize it.  What does everyone else think?  Think everyone would have time to complete the swap?

~Just to specify what I mean, exactly...  It seems that everyone has their "niche" for crafts.  For example, I like to make tote bags and purses, so I have a lot of them and I can make them really fast because I have been making a lot of them for friends, etc.  So, the swap would be a quick suprise one that everyone just sends a product of their favorite thing to make.  Also, since I make lots of bags, I have all the materials at home...so no need to go shopping and waste time.
