First of all, I love the skirt.

Secondly, I am a college student looking for an awesome project, and I have a ton of fabric scraps which means that this skirt is going to be hanging in my closet soon Smiley Thanks for the inspiration!

This is a brilliant idea. I had never thought that tape would work so well. I'm definitely going to try this technique out.
