This sounds really fun. It would be my first one ever.

I have a sweater. It is a really nice color and I love it. But it doesn't have enough room for my gigantic shoulders so it's too tight at the top.
I thought about cutting a V into the back of it to get a little more breathing space, but, since it's knit, it'll either fray or I'll find some other way to make it wonky.
So, does anyone have any ideas on how to make a slightly too-small sweater roomier in the shoulders but nowhere else?

OMG! Me too. I thought uber tight stitches were good because they made stuff warmer or somesuch.

I've just begun the "Shrug with Tie" from the first issue. I have the second one, but nothing has grabbed me quite yet.
