So my Army man and I have been talking about marriage within the next year, and he said I could go on with planning what I wanted as long as I didn't book any site/services yet. So I decided I'd put my crafty skills to the test and make my dress since I have WAY too much time on my hands. I found a BEAUTIFUL dress from David Tutera by Faviana that I'd love to recreate. I just can't quite figure out this skirt.
It goes from this:
I want to make and wear it like the second picture, but higher (back of the skirt hitting around my ankles/front of the skirt hitting just below my knees). Any suggestions on how to do this? I'm so confused and frustrated
