8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: T-Shirt Surgery on: July 28, 2004 05:08:33 PM
Haha, yes indeed, that is what I'm saying.  Its basically a long sleeved t-shirt made out of netting.  I'd suggest finding a long sleeved shirt that you like and cutting it up for a pattern. I zig-zagged the neck, bottom and sleeves to finish it, but as you can see, the neck needs a bit more work.  One thing about sewing netting:  when you cut it make sure the holes are diamonds and not squares.  That could lead to trouble if your not paying attention...

ok....i am semi-new to this place and......

ok....i know nothing. basically. so....what you said, i read like a million times & i did not grasp what you said. i may be an annoying newbie, but i really wanna know how you did the fishnet shirt since im poor as....yeah...& i just cant go to stores & spend a million dollars on a shirt. i can however, spend a million dollars on a million shirts....yeah....a nyways, do you think you can be cool enough to explain that to a weirdo not-so-smart chick?

The net shirt also was recently finished after a long delay. I'm pretty happy with everything.

so you're saying you made the net shirt? man....that would be awesome if you did & posted how you did it. if not, then i am some sort of idiot. ok... reply post would be cool.
