If you have a swap that's completed that you haven't received feedback for, please ask the swap organizer to enter it for you.  Otherwise, you'll need to either wait until your first swap is complete or get someone else to organize this swap.

It's not against the rules by any means to repeat a swap theme.

But what's the point of giving someone a positive who didn't communicate, says they sent late (but their swap partner received nothing), didn't get a DCN, had swap angels cover them, and then much later (after the swap is closed) sends some stuff out?

I can't see any way that's a positive.  I know for a fact that there are swappers out there taking advantage of the system in just this way -- and they deserve negative feedback, in my opinion.

Sleepywalkin, you need to have completed a swap to be swap organizer.  In your profile, it says that you have 3 swaps in progress.  According to the swap rules, you should have completed one before you signed up for another, but looks like your swap organizers missed that.

If one of your swaps has been completed and you're just waiting for feedback, please contact the swap organizer and have her enter your feedback.

Right -- you need to have completed a swap and have positive feedback to be a swap organizer.  But it looks like there's plenty of interest, and I'm sure someone will step up to the plate.

Also, you haven't been a member long enough to start a swap.  If you read the swap guidelines, you'll see that you need to have been a member for a month, made a certain number of posts, and successfully completed a swap.
