1  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Help, how to do this please? on: April 28, 2012 03:02:29 AM
Does anyone know how to do these, a website /pdf/ tutorial would be great. Or aleast the name of that "sewing technique"...

 and this

The website i found it (A malay language site may require translation):
http://inaria-487.blogspot.com/2011/01/tempahan-pelanggan.html

Im new to sewing, and all i ever did was amigurumi, small pouch and bags but never seen anything like this that made me want to learn sewing!! Does anyone know what techniques are they?
2  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Mini Baby Dragon Keychain on: April 17, 2012 12:46:43 AM
Okay here goes... these little Baby dragons keychain are extremely small since i used size 2 yarn and um the eye were 4 -5 mm beads. Sorry i dont have all of the patterns available but i do have these tiny keychain sized baby dragons Cheesy

Made a few for Bonnie, so heres to show off :

Its pretty easy to make after the first few tries to write it down 2 years back. Now its out of my "pattern stash" and on to my blog. The Tail was sewed up just like the "cute little bird" method.

Oh here are the extra pictures of the Bonnies new dragons :

The Vampire Dragon Turned Sweet rather then scary, and somewhat im more satified on how it turned Tongue

This one is the baby vampire dragon... His mommy is above Smiley

These little bundle of baby dragons born on 23rd march, a day i would never forget Cheesy Happy Birthday not only to the little baby dragons but also Bonnie who were born on that fabulous day Smiley She inspired me alot to get back to crochet even though things were so down. So now im back again to try keep up with blogging Smiley
3  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Gryphon or Grifin on: October 13, 2011 02:38:16 AM

<=not easy to get this kinda shot with my phone, err... the above was so dark, i puff it up with brightness...

This is my version, as i really dont like the eagle claws in front 2 feet and the lion tail... but then again i made another in brown, like what it suppose to, okay that one i will update the picture later as i haven't find the right tail yet, i dont like plain chain tail with lump of hair at end, nor i tried it with 4 chains around yet its too thick... no idea yet.

updated : Okay i got annoyed of moping around with tail prob and just went with the no heart mode... and ruin it... how sad... but then again, this time im not quitting on it, so i think i better make another same color, or maybe lighter? depends on the mood entirely. I need to keep crocheting to feel the colors of life... somehow its kinda gloomy lately and hope things will change for the better. Funny how i turn to crochet/painting whenever i feel down... Yikes im mumbling...

Back to the gryphon, the wings are entirely sooooo awesome to me, as it looks like its showing of its free spirits and fire within, i have to find that exact same pattern, as... well... i didnt write it down. I wonder does miracle happen twice?

Oh also, i removed the 2 other pictures earlier, as it was getting crowded here, though all angle views are posted at my blog.
4  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Heart vs Hate Pony +extra (Picture Heavy) on: September 30, 2011 07:42:29 AM
This time, the horses are well... pony!! Kinda made it without making a separate neck Cheesy and thus its easier and faster to make em Smiley Wanted to make a trio of pink blue and yellow, but im out of blue yarn so i had to do with what i have. Made the first in yellow hair and white skin, but its gone before i get a picture of her... well as long my little 6 year old cousin loves it, and so i make another two more below Smiley

Update : The pattern is updated at my blog, thank you for the inspiration

and eventually i got side tracked from pony to baby asian dragon =.="... the head was suppose to be a horse, but i made a mistake at the 3rd row and eventually i made out a new pattern. How great life is when mistakes turn to blessing and all mistakes are just meant to be as it is?

Oh the baby asian dragon...

then i watched bugsbunny show with my little bro... and thought it have all the colors i have, so i made just the head which turn into keychain.

So does the bugs bunny turn out okay? My heart say its RUINED!!! Got too lazy and used permanent pen on the black mouth and eyes... errr...

5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Kyuubi fox and Large Foxy on: September 20, 2011 05:28:48 AM
 Cheesy The 9 Tails Kyuubi...

The Back Tails look like flowers... i wish there is a way to improve it. Should the tails be longer?

The legs was a mistake, the redo version which is gone is better and it was stuffed instead of flatten. The better version pattern was blogged out instead. here : http://myskillsguide.blogspot.com/2011/09/mini-fox-kyuubi-amigurumi.html

and...

The Bigger Fox,

Well its kinda in progress mode... one of em was taken away and now the second and third is still tail-less... its toooooooo many tails to turn it into kyuubi and that's exactly why i wanted this foxes made out. (Woooo Naruto mode in action). If the 2 others are complete the white foxy with 9 long long long long long super long tails can be started. Cheesy or maybe i should make that into a medium size one like the baby dragons instead...

7  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Miniatures Monkeys on: May 23, 2011 01:43:59 AM

8  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Sailor Chibimoon on: May 23, 2011 01:36:31 AM

She suppose to be mini but some what turn actual size mode, well this is what happens when i didnt follow the picture guideline... I have to admit, the hair is the tough part as i have no clue how to make it puffy...
Oh sorry about the ami in plastic mode (kept it in that as dust proof), thats the only picture i was able to take as its gone already now. Well at least i have 1 picture for keepsake Tongue The fun of creations... its blessed Cheesy
9  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Horses on: April 24, 2011 05:48:13 AM
Made a few horses, well horses should be the basic of pony right? so kinda modified it abit to make a cute little pony, too. Although the eyes are really weird for being green... scary isnt it? Dark knights wild horse Tongue Most of the heard eyes are not completed... sigh, and i dont think i will be going to shop for them anytime soon though. So plain pin and eyeless will do Smiley im glad the pattern is completed fuh, it took months with my spare time.

The rest of the pony and horse shape pictures can be found here...
http://myskillsguide.blogspot.com/2011/04/horse-amigurumi.html

Thanks for viewing, though still planning on getting the right size wings for a pegasus, thou a horn to turn it unicorn is good too, but i have no idea how to make a curled stiff yarn horn, and im not willing to play with glue... icky...
10  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Tiny Bottle Top Angel on: December 20, 2010 12:03:36 AM

It suppose to be a keychain/trinket, yet i just didnt like the idea to stuff it in... and saw that bottle, place it on, and walla got an idea to turn the bottle into a mini Christmas tree. i wonder should i wrap the bottle up with green stripped cut out papers or just buy that shiny paper thats already cut out and wrap it around...?

(The wings are pinned on, so i can turn her into a simple girl anytime i want hehe)

See what i mean? it fits perfectly to the bottle cap, and glad i wrote it down to make more Cheesy

Mom said i ruined the face with that silly inked out nose.. Sad
