Okay, I know this isn't super hip but I sew mostly for my kids.

You all inspire me so much with what you create. 

I made this for my 2 year old, Lydia, out of a pair of Baby GAP jeans and some dot fabric I found garage selling.

The patch I took off a skill type cap for a baby.

The are halter style with the back taken out and elastic put in.  They are for her 1st trip to Disneyland.

I have another question.

Has anyone frayed jeans with about 1/2" frays that curl?

I hope that makes sense.

I have been trying to figure out how to do it.

Hey Everyone.

I have a question. 

I want to add a triangle insert to a pair of my Daughter's jeans.

Do I just open up the side and then cut the triangle and sew it in?

Is it that easy?
