I made a small version of this ages ago (not pictured here--I'll try to take one later), but didn't have the color yarn for the back, so I couldn't finish a normal size. Then of course I got it but I didn't have the material for the legs with me. Finally over Thanksgiving I managed to get all the pieces together and I was able to finish it today (in between working on my Christmas gifts and doing school work, of course ~_^). Hope you like it! (pattern link below)
This is a project I've been working on for a long time, partly because I have to make 2 of them, partly because it took me a long time to find the right color. I ended up using a different brand yarn for each one and I'm still not completely happy with either, but what can you do? (Besides hope that my cousins are both color-blind). I used Vanna's Choice Baby Little Blue Boy for the one in these pictures and Red Heart Soft Yarn Teal (thank you to SaintCady for that suggestion). The pattern and more pictures of the details are on my blog here: http://gundamgirlwing.blogspot.com/2011/11/thomas-tank-engine.html
This was supposed to be a quick project that ended up causing more trouble then I had planned, mostly in finding the pompoms and correctly writing the leaf pattern. The pattern is on my blog http://gundamgirlwing.blogspot.com/2011/07/sewaddle.html
This is a project I started when I was bored and had a lot of fancy yarn I didn't know what to do with. It spiraled slightly out of control, but they're finally finished now and I think, aside from some gluing problems, they came out okay. The basic pattern and details are on my blog here: http://gundamgirlwing.blogspot.com/2011/08/nats-bats-and-other-creatures.html I'll be curious to see what other creatures people can come up with too.
Here's a present I made for my cousin's birthday. She's a huge fan, so I'll probably make the whole family for her eventually--at least I hope so. The pattern is at my blog http://gundamgirlwing.blogspot.com/2011/07/homer-simpson.html Hope you like it!
Here's a sheepy Pokemon for you. Maybe one day I'll take off the Pokemon-ish details and make a real sheep out of it, then I can start counting them! Pattern is here, http://gundamgirlwing.blogspot.com/2011/07/mareep.html. Hope you like the pics!
Here's my last of that Pokemon group. I actually have more pictures than this, I was having trouble putting them on Craftser, I'm not sure why. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow. For now, there are lots anyway. You can find the pattern here: http://gundamgirlwing.blogspot.com/2011/06/bulbasaur-trio-part-iii-venusaur.html. I hope you like it!
Here's my version of Bulbasaur. I know a lot of people have posted their versions and after I made mine I even found a pattern online for it (figures, right?) but since I'm making his evolutions, Ivysaur and Venusaur, as well, I thought I may as well share him too since he was first. I'd be glad to know what you think.
