On the 11th day of Craftstermas, my partner gave to me:
11 Ocean-Themed Presents! There are some great coasters and nightlights, stuffed toys, cute jewelry (made from erasers?) and stitch markers!
And on the 10th day of Craftstermas, my partner gave to me: A gigantic stocking filled with tons of goodies! Some for me, some for DH, and some for the kitties... Including more sushi-themed stitch markers! Yippee!!
Dan and I love everything, but the cat toys were truly a hit: Linus chooses his toy from the buffet
Karls_mommy received my CDs, hooray! I haven't gotten hers yet, but they're probably waiting for me at home.
Here's what I sent her:
Two CDs - Holiday Traditions and Holiday Novelties. Unfortunately, the playlists are on my other computer, but I'll post them as soon as I can... if karls_mommy doesn't want to type all of them! The idea was that the Holiday Traditions had songs that you would consider "traditional" carols - songs that I figured she probably already knew, although some of the versions were different interpretations. Holiday Novelties were other songs from my collection that aren't traditional, but that I like very much!
The CDs were in a tin that I left fairly blank, so that she could re-gift it if she wanted. And my ornament/craft was a needlefelted tree - my first stab at needlefelting (hah! so funny!) and I think it came out pretty good! And to give credit where it's due, I was totally inspired by this post.
And here are the goodies that I received from koi:
An Italian knitting pattern book, two pairs of earrings - one has cloissonne beads, one has felt beads - and an awesome purple fur monster bag! My cat Cleo (the innocent looking one up above) tried to attack and eat my monster bag - probably thinking it was one of her mouse toys. She didn't get to sneak into this photo and monster bag now lives on a high hook, away from predatory kitties!
