1  Compact Wallet (lots of photos!) in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by causticaishazf on: April 27, 2011 03:05:01 AM
Hi crafsters! so, a special person of mine is on internship at a workshop and he requested me a small compact wallet to put his coins for coffee, cash and card for emergency and keys for safekeeping. So he designed it and I sew it et voila ! Then I thought it's kinda cool since I myself am working in a machining workshop. But then again, I could use it while jogging to put my mp3 as well. So I decided to make more of these! I just love love love it!!!

Here's some photo :

Just look at how small it turned out and yet soooo compact. Okay, I just love these Smiley

2  Clutches for first timers! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by causticaishazf on: January 17, 2011 10:31:32 AM
hi everyone. Today I made cluthes. I never has one before so I intended to make one for myself. It makes me kind of dizzy thinking about making my own pattern and sewing it but in the end it turns out just fine Smiley I love it so much that I decided to make a few more! Here are a few photos :

I made this black one out of black lace fabric and a white fabric as background

These two are made of batiks. I think they look unique n traditional in a way.

Can't wait to use them!
Do drop off a comment Smiley
thank you!

Okay, so I made this out of felt fabric and stuff it with leftover scraps and I love it very much. I gave it as a present for my special person since he only have an iPhone 3gs. Oh yeah, after finishing it, I realise that I forgot the back camera. LOL. Do comment on it Smiley

4  Patchwork-ed Laptop Sleeve in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by causticaishazf on: September 26, 2010 04:51:47 AM

I LOVE my laptop and I LOVE patchwork.
So, given the likings, I made up an equation : laptop + patchwork = SLEEVE! LOL. Its not funny anyway.
I bought 50 cut fabrics for patchwork on Ebay  since Im too lazy to buy and cut on my own. Well, more like Im too busy with 48 hours of class per week including Saturdays
Since my laptop is white colour some grey-ish pattern, I used black and white fabrics. Plus, the designs are awesome!

It turned out so nice and it fits perfectly. Oh yeah, I used Velcro to attach the cover. I think Im addicted to Velcros. They are convenient  Smiley

I love my laptop  Wink

5  iMac Cover in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by causticaishazf on: September 19, 2010 01:45:54 PM
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this topic but I couldn't find any other suitable ones. My boyfriend bought an iMac that he's been craving for since forever. After buying it, he wants me to make a cover for it to prevent dust, water and such. But he wants a simple one though. You now, Apple-ish.

I used a thin polyester fabric so that heat can dissipate through the fabric. And what makes it APPLE is the Apple logo cut from black felt and glued on the fabric.

Here it is Smiley

Hi everyone. I'm new here. I made handbag out of batik and it is patchworked. I started sewing about 2 months ago during my summer holidays and this is one of the first outcome. It's a simple one though. Do have a look.  Smiley
