Nope, you don' thave to be a cardholder--it's got nothing to do with your personal credit card usage.

It's really tasty sliced super thin, salted and drained (releases some of its liquid), and then wrapped around ricotta with basil.  Top with tomato sauce, mozzerella, and bake.  Veeeerrry tasty.  I can't remember exactly how to bake it but probably 350 for a half hour woud do it.  I like that with pasta, served with the same tomato sauce.

I like frozen produce.  Especially if the produce is out of season.  I keep a bag of frozen peas and usually a box of frozen spinach in the freezer so they're handy.

I have a question like the one about the olives--anyone know how long you can keep a jar of roasted red peppers in the fridge (and still eat them)?  a week?  a month?  I have a partial jar in there that's probably over a month old; I hate them going to waste, but sometimes I just don't eat that many red peppers in a week Sad

Hmm, I only had to sign up for one at the South End Open Market.  I signed up for two but had to cancel the first one due to a wedding.   They used to require three, but I see no mention of it now.
