Oh yeah! Sorry! <3<3<3 Its from the crotch (where the four pieces meet) down to your foot.  <3<3<3

Oh, that's a bit different! Thanks for clearing it up! I'm off to go measuring...

I had to find my measuring tape before I could sign up... I mean really, who knows what their inseam is? Furthermore, who knows how to measure it? Because I don't know if I'm doing it right! If you're using a pair of jammies, it's just the part where the four pieces meet (in the errm private area) up to the top of the pants? Or no? I feel sheepish.  Huh
34  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Pajama pant swap? on: August 29, 2006 05:07:15 PM
Yes! This is just what I'm looking for! But unfortunately, I have never suucessfully sewn jammie pants as I did not feel the need to use a pattern (bad idea on my part). But I'd like to try again! An accessory sounds nice too. Smiley

i'm so excited cuz i received from fadeawaydream today! i asked for an artist's journal and couldn't have received a better one.
i love the fabric and the paper and there's so many pages!! plenty of room for me to document my travels.
and i -love- that it fits perfectly inside my new purse, it was meant to be! Smiley
thank you so much natalie! i'll make sure to put it to good use! Smiley

Yay! I'm so glad you like it. Smiley I was afraid it might be too small, but my fears have been put to ease. Enjoy--I'm sure we'll all will want to see some of that artword of yours.  Wink

And, I have finally taken pictures of the absolutely stunning necklaces that Laughing Lark sent me. I could not gush about them enough, and my pictures do them no justice. I was too camera shy to take action shots (I wore the green necklace and earrings the next day with a perfectly matching dress), but here are some pictures nonetheless:

I love love LOVE the pendant on this necklace. I wish I could have gotten a non-blurry close-up. :/

This butterfly is too cool--I've never seen anything like it!

Thanks again, LaughingLark!

I haven't heard anything, so I'm assuming you've found somebody?

I never received a PM from you?

Elphalba needs an Angel for this swap. She has given her prospective Angel a few choices of books to read and craft inspired items from...
The Giving Tree
The Paperbag Princess
Oh the Thinks you can think! (I Love Dr Seuss's illustrations!)
Alexander & the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

Please read the Swap Details in the Original Thread before you offer to be an Angel and make sure that you can read (or re-read) at least one of these books. After reading the details and knowing for certain that you have access to one of these books, PM me to be an Angel.

If you have any questions about being a Swap Angel for this swap, feel free to PM me. Thanks!

It's been too long since I've played! (I live in IL, USA.)

1. Coasters! Check out my wists for some inspiration. Thanks carliegirl!
2. Necklace in green or black... either short or long, preferably with a pretty pendant in the middle. Thank you LaughingLark!
3. Purse! This pleated jordy bag would make me very, very happy. Snap or zipper closure. Check the wists for fabric likes. Love corduroy always. Earth tones are wonderful; pink is yuckie. PM for more info (especially measurements). I will love you forever. And ever.

About me: I'm 22, and finally moving out to go downstate for grad school (LIS, yay!). I'll miss my big city, but love school. I've spent the last four weekends packing, and I'm not done yet, so I look forward to getting nice things in the mail to cheer me up. I just finished making my mom a humongous tote, and I am done with my sewing machine until we both move to our new home. I also like to make books, and I'm currently knitting myself some placemats. Anything else you'd like to know, PM me. (:

iScreamedMyselfHoar se has apparently been flaked on for this swap. She sent the book Sarah's Bear by Marta Koci and was to receive crafts inspired by the book. You can probably find this book at your local library as I did check my library, and we do have it. Please read the Swap Details in the Original Thread before you offer to be an Angel.

If you have any questions about being a Swap Angel for this swap, feel free to PM me. Thanks!
